Slow Vinyasa Flow
Class Description:
These classes will help us practice being soft with ourselves through strength and balance. By seeking the balance in ourselves through our practice, we allow our minds to settle and connect. Our practice is more than the physical shapes, it is about getting uncomfortable so we better know and learn ourselves on a deeper level.
Suggested Props:
Class recommended props include 2 blocks and a blanket. If you don’t have blocks and you want them, whatever you have in your home to help bring the ground closer to you will do, stacks of books, sanitizer containers, be creative!
Analisia’s Cause:
Analisia dedicated her class series to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and all class donations go to AFSP to help them further their mission of raising mental health awareness and preventing suicide.
