Core Fusion

Class Description:

Build strength and stability in this approachable fitness fusion class. A combination of core work, cardio and body weight exercises with a little yoga sprinkled in for good measure, this class helps support your endeavors on and off the mat. Expect a mindfully sweaty workout and a whole lot of fun while total body conditioning and cross-training all in one session.

Suggested Props:

Nothing is needed in class except your yoga mat and a bottle of water.

Carri’s Cause:

Carri dedicated her class series to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and all donations go to AFSP to help them further their mission of raising mental health awareness and preventing suicide.
